Did I mention I am now considering putting up a chicken coop in our backyard? how cool is the one they built?? I guess I don't have the "city" excuse anymore...considering they literally live just down the street from me!

little brother

Welcome to this very sweet little guy. He was a great model and I so enjoyed being able to snuggle with him and photograph all his newborn sweetness. His siblings were my little assistants and such great little ones. Enjoy!

a new little lady

This sweet family welcomed their new little girl into the world a few weeks ago and I had the privilege to make the trip back to Bloomington to photograph her. Her big brother was as cute as ever and she was a tiny little peanut. I just wanted to sit and snuggle with her!

A recent session

I am taking on a few special sessions recently and Diana and Chad make up one of these sessions. I love working with them, they are fun, photogenic and so adoring of eachother and their new baby girl who is set to arrive in Feb. Hello

To all my wonderful clients and friends - I miss you all but I am so enjoying being able to focus my time and energy on my family. I have had such a great time soaking up the past few months with my girls. Thank you for your patience as I take some time off from photography. revisiting maternity

I am in the process of proofing a recent maternity session and it made me realize that this is a section of my website that is not updated (well, lets be honest....the whole thing needs to be updated with recent pictures...but I'll get back to that when I come out of my season of retirement - Jan 2011) So, in the meantime, I'm posting a few of my recent maternity pictures that I love as well as a sneak peek for my latest session.

newborn bliss

This may be my last post for a while, My new little baby girl is due in less than 2 weeks! I will of course post pictures of her and update about her arrival....
